"We have used DTS's Horizon product now for 12 years and have been very happy with the service we have received. Over the years we have had up to 30 users on the Horizon license after we started with just 3 initial licenses. DTS has always been extremely accommodating when we wanted to add new users and to remove them from the shared license we have been using. We have especially been very grateful for the responsiveness of DTS's data team whenever we have queried any aspect of the data that they supply. Not only do they investigate our questions very quickly, we find that we get comprehensive explanations and if any data element has been shown to be incorrect (which is rare) they have corrected it and sent us the updates by the next day. When compared to the other 2 main data vendors that we use, DTS's service is outstanding."
