Java News Applet

Our Java © news applet is designed to display news headlines in a web browser. By clicking on any of the news headlines the full news story is displayed.

Please note that DTS do not supply news feeds but we have feed handlers that will work with a range of available news suppliers. If you currently have your own in-house news feed we can arrange a feed handler to work with our news applet.

	When the newsapplet is first loaded in a browser it will appear as on the left. The numbers of lines of news items can be pre-configured
	By clicking on any of the news headlines the full body of the story will be displayed.
	When the news applet is detached from the browser page it can be extended by dragging the base of the window and this allows the user to view up to 50 news headlines.
	We also have developed a news applet with full search facilities as can be seen on the left
