Criteria for the Level 2 Corporate Partnership Plan

In addition to the criteria for the Level 1 Corporate Partnership Plan the additional criteria for a more proactive partnership program are as follows:

1>    We will provide you with a corporate pack about DTS and would require a similar set of information about your company

2>    We will provide you with a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to be signed by an officer of your company that is suitably authorised to sign. After you have signed it we will send you a signed copy for your records

3>    Following the signing of the NDA we will agree to mutually exchange whatever additional information is required for the level of the partnership envisaged. In particular we would need to have access to information that can verify the ways and means that our products have synergy with yours and ways that you envisage we will be able to mutually benefit each others revenue streams.
