Technology and Business Partner Programs

As part of the release of its new web site DTS has put in place a range of Partnership Plans and we would encourage any interested party to sign up to be a member of one of the Partnership Plans.

Our main objectives in establishing the Partnership Program are twofold:

    • One is it to promote DTS’s products as an integrated part of other software and data solutions provided by our partners.
    • The second is for DTS to promote our partners solutions as a part of developments undertaken by DTS on behalf of our clients.

There are 3 main Partnership Plans that we promote.

1> Level 1 Corporate Technology Partnership Plan whereby we set up a mutual link to your website and you provide a link on your website to ours. We have a set of criteria that need to be satisfied before we agree to exchange website links, the main one being that your products and/or services are compatible with ours. 2> Level 2 Corporate Technology Partnership Plan whereby we embark on a more active co-operative sales and marketing strategy with our partners. This can range from an undertaking to mention a Partners products in some of our sales ventures through to agreed co-operative revenue sharing on defined projects. The Level 2 Corporate Partnership Plan requires more in-depth exchange of information with prospective partners prior to agreeing the Partnership. It will also require the signing of a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect each company’s confidential corporate information. 3> The third plan is a Commission Paying Partnership Plan designed more for individuals and consultants. We are prepared to partner with a limited number of relevantly experienced individuals in different centres to promote our products to their local contacts. In order to facilitate this we would provide the initial training in our products before the partner promotes our products to their contacts. The range of agreements between DTS and individual Partners could be just the introduction of a contact in a prospective client all the way through to the completion of an agreed contract with a new client.
